一、个人简介
长期从事植物系统发育、群体基因组学、分子进化等领域的研究,重点关注代表性植物类群的适应性进化、物种形成机制。近年来尝试将植物进化生物学的理论与方法引入传统的植物资源开发研究,革新种质库构建的常规方式,并结合社会需求,利用交叉学科的思想进行植物活性成分的创新性开发。
承担本科生教学工作,主讲专业基础课程《植物学》、《植物学实验》,并开设全校通识选修课程《趣论植物与健康》;多次指导学生参与全国大学生生命科学竞赛、全国大学生创新创业大赛校级项目;承担研究生教学工作,主讲专业选修课《基因组学前沿与应用》。目前出版通识选修课配套教材《植物与健康》、学术著作《中国黄花蒿野生资源的分布与调研》。

二、主要研究领域及兴趣
1.以箭竹和黄花蒿等为代表,综合利用多组学手段阐明植物在小尺度水平的适应性进化和物种形成机制, 关注重要代谢途径的分子进化和群体动态。
2.在科、属水平上开展重要植物类群的进化基因组学研究,探讨不同进化事件(如多倍化、水平基因转移)对基因组结构变异、快速适应性辐射、创新性状起源等的影响。
3.开展药用植物、芳香植物的资源收集与种质库构建,并聚焦其活性成分的功能性开发。
